I am writing to tell you what a joy it is to work with Susan Womack.
I am the treasurer for a Special Education PTA in the Hudson Valley of New York state. I have completed 5 wonderfully successful fundraisers with Susan as my representative, guide, mentor, and font of all knowledge. I have had some really strange questions over the years. She always has an answer or knows exactly how to find the answer.
I have lost track of the schedule sometimes. Susan has always been there with a gentile reminder to keep me on track. She ensures we get our orders on time. And our customers are pleased.
I find it a great comfort each year to know I will be working with Susan. This is our biggest fundraiser each year. If I didn’t have Susan I am sure something would go wrong.
I am very thankful for Susan. I wanted you to know.

To Whom it May Concern,

I am a secondary social studies teacher at Ichabod Crane Middle School.  In my 20+ years of teaching I have also served as an advisor for various clubs, classes and school fundraisers.  In fulfilling my role as an advisor, I have had the pleasure of working with many company representatives.   Out of the dozens of representatives that I have met, none have a better handle on what it is like to be a teacher trying to help students raise funds for their cause than Susan. Susan Womack was a delight to work with and a representative that I will continue to fundraise with. 

Susan understands that our fulltime job is teaching and that when we fundraise it is all about the kids.  Even before we begin a fundraiser, she talks with me to understand what our organization’s goal is and offers fabulous advice on how to help us achieve our goal.  She knows so much about fundraising and which products sell best at each time of the year and each region of the northeast!   Since working with Susan our profits have more than tripled!  As a teacher, I love that Susan will write the personal letters for our organization’s cause and pre-stuff the literature into the catalog envelopes for the students to take home.  Throughout the fundraiser she emails and calls to check in to see if our needs are being met or if she can provide any additional supports!  When our product arrives, she comes and meets with the students and congratulates them on how well they did.  (She also brings them little goodies to reward them and thank them for a job well done; which they love!)  She is available for weeks after the fundraiser to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their product. If there is ever a problem, she rectifies it immediately, leaving myself and the customer very happy!  I cannot say enough good things about Susan as a representative for our fundraising needs!   I will go to her before anyone else because she always knows what is best and what works.  She takes the stress and pressure of fundraising off and we can spend our time and energy fulfilling our organization’s goals!  If you have any questions, or if I can be of any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
